I just got the XiiaLive app for my NOOK HD Plus and I am getting a Find User Location Failed message. This does not happen on any of my other devices. It only happens on my NOOK HD+.
Hello! Apologies for any delay in our response. Can I please have you try to open Google Maps and acquire a location there. Once you have it try openning XiiaLive again to see if the location does find it. Kindly let us know how it goes. Thank you!

I uninstalled the NOOK HD+ app just because I wanted to have more memory on it.
I am now back to getting the find user location failed message again.
