transfer to another android market account

Hi I purchased your player couple of years ago and love it using my old gmail account. I just switched to another google account that I use with my phone and the app is not working anymore saying that I need to upgrade it. I already paid for it and noone is using my old gmail account with it. Is there a way to transfer the paid version to my new google account?

Currently there is no way to achieve this using the Android Market.  However we can assist you transferring your purchase to another gmail account.  You would need to do the following.


1. Email us at support@xiialive.com with your original purchase receipt.  This will allow us to verify your purchase. 


2. Purchase the application again using your new gmail account.


3. Email us your new purchase receipt.


4. Please allow 1 day until the new purchase is approved and cleared by google.  Once approved we will cancel the old purchase and refund you the new purchase cost.

XiiLive Paid Version does not work at all on my Dell Streak with Froyo.

No matter what stream I select, it gets stuck on "Buffering 99%" and never plays anything. I've uninstalled and re-installed - nothing. I tried Winamp on this same tablet, and it works fine. Please advise - else I will have to abandon your software and just use Winamp.

data guard setting toggle

Hi, thedata guard is a fantastic setting,  however I regularly switch it on/off depending where I am (essentially I switch the guard on when in wifi area so if wifi drops without noticing it won't eat my data, as I usually have it on for long periods when in wifi). 
I was wondering whether it would be possible to put a dataguard setting toggle button within the main player screen,  instead of going through the long settings route each time. 
I was thinking best place would be in the "more options" menu button along side where you can set a timer/time off/equaliser

Search Bug (Bitrate)

Not really a bug, but an annoying thing.

When trying to search a station, it only shows all results with the predefined bitrate.

e.g.:
Bitrate (via Settings): 192kbps
SearchQuery: Station X
Result: NONE

Bitrate (via Settings): 128kbps
SearchQuery: Station X
Result: Station X - Australia - The Best Mix Worldwide

So:
Search results should show lower bitrates too.

The current filters are a bit simple and not much you can do with them.  You are right about the bitrate range you would like to get.  The name "Bitrate cap" is a bit misleading...  In reality it only searches for station with the selected bitrate and not up to that bitrate.

So the reason I'm letting  you know our current filters are a bit bad is because we are working on a new release that will contain all the filters you could want! :)  Bitrate range is one of them.  

Hopefully this week or so we put out the beta for testing.  We will post on our facebook page and on twitter when we have a release date.

Bluetooth connects/disconnects in car

Hi, I was so disappointed that one of the coolest features in XiiaLive did not actually work for me. When i get into my car (Toyota Auris Hybrid); XiiaLive connects to BT, starts and then stops immediately.  I'm running Android 2.2 on a Galaxy S

Does your BT stay paired with the car all the time?  It could be possible that it disconnects.  Try unchecking the auto stop on disconnect option under the XiiaLive BT settings.  See if that allows streaming to continue...

Cannot restore: error 4

I have backuped the favourites before updating fw on my Z2. At backuping via app i get error 4, when i click on the bakcup file in file manager i get i get unable to parse shared data. What does it mean?

Direct Ip Adress not working

I run a inhouse radio station (shoutcast, aacplus) . As we speak i'm listening to this station at
http://192.168.0.212:8000/listen.pls with Winamp

Also I have a a noip account set up which works fine 

Now when I add http://192.168.0.212:8000/listen.pls to my XiiaLive favorites I get a unsupported media E:-12

And when I enter my www adress it works fine.

Do I enter something wrong?

Running on Android 4.0.3
Version 3.2.0.8

player skips

I am having a problem with one stream not playing correctly. The link is

other streams from the same website play correctly but this one skips. I am using the latest phone from HTC, and am running 4.4.2. The link plays find on my computer using Windows media player.

Thanks for the feedback. I was able to look into it and I do see this is a remote file of about 2.5hrs of length. The reason why it skips is that the app thinks it is live radio and the content is being downloaded fast filling up the cache. Once the cache is filled it causes the playback position to jump ahead so it doesn't stay behind. 

At the moment as you experienced we don't fully support remove file playback. However, we want to improve remote file playback and will plan to support it.

No metadata over bluetooth

What OS version is it running?

What happened?
no songs metadata are send over bluetooth (all configuration are rigth...)

What did you expect to have happened?
I think there is an issue with lollipop or maybe with Huawei EMUI...

What steps reproduce the issue?
No step is needed... the problem is always on

Independently control connect/disconnect sounds

Is it possible to lower the connect/disconnect notification sounds?  I like to turn up my volume for my streams, but when the stream connect and disconnect, it can be disconcerting because the connect/disconnect sound is so loud.

Being able to control the connect/disconnection sound independently from the stream volume would wonderful!
