Sound not pausing during calls on bluetooth

i am on a Samsung galaxy S4. the sound does not seem to pause during calls. I have to manually stop the player if a call comes in or ill be hearing them and the music through my earpiece or car Bluetooth stereo.

2. Did you turn ON Ignore audio focus by any chance under Settings->Sound.

3. Does this issue happen every time?

I am experiencing the same issue:

1. Samsung Galaxy S4 running Android 4.3.
2. "Ignore audio focus" is OFF.
3. Has happened every time so far.
