You must have full version installed to use the full version features on the beta. If you uninstall the full version it will disable the full version features.

The only thing I can think really different from XL 2 to XL 3 that would affect playback like this... is that we use the Android audio FX engine to control EQ, BassBoost, and Virtualizer effects. They run at a lower layer where raw audio, PCM, is playback by the system hardware.  It is possible that at this layer the Dell Streak is having issues.  Might have to create a test apk for you to run to test this theory.

Hehe... wonky?  Can you explain that a little more?  What particular stream are you seeing this issue with? I like to give it a try...

Thanks for the feedback! In order for the stream engine to take effect you must stop playback if it was playing when you changed the stream engine to FFMpeg.  It's very weird if this issue happens on both stream engines...

Currently not possible :( You can however email yourself the link and click on it and should allow you to open it with XL Beta. Then you can just add it to your favorites.

I assume you are using XiiaLive Beta? If you are there is a little issue with the app with initializing properly the EQ.  We are putting out an update in the next few days that should resolve that issue.

Could you create a new post suggesting this feature? That would make it easier for me to find it again and review your request :)

Awesome! Thanks for you kind feedback! :) We use permission READ_PHONE_STATE for knowing when a phone call is happening or ended so that we can mute the stream or resume the stream.  This permission I believe also carries IMEID access but we don't use that.

Currently the seek bar works with MPEG and AAC formats while using the Android stream engine.  We will support FFMpeg stream engine seek support in the near future.  FFmpeg handles asx.
