Favorites shortcuts are available for paid version.

Unfortunately we don't have it available on PC YET. :)  We do have plans to provide a PC version that works in sync with your phone.

How exactly are you trying to load the URL? What errors are you seeing when you try playing these URLs?

Yes, that is exactly the option.  Is that option selected under profiles?  If it is I would suggest you start playback and toggle that option while its playing.  I know some phones have problems connecting to BT and being able to play music on a few BT car kits.  There is are few compatibility issues with Android.

If your phone is logged with the same gmail account used to purchase the app previously you won't be charged again.  Just go through the same process of purchasing the app, except it won't charge your account again. If for any reason you where charged twice you can send us an email and we would fix it right away.

Mmm... It might be the case that the car stereo doesn't support BT stereo.  I believe you can verify that by going into your phones BT settings and long pressing the paired BT device to see if Stereo options are even shown.

What BT car kit do you have? Also, what phone and what version of Android is it running?

We currently don't support ordering of the favorites but definitely we are going to add this option! What kind of ordering would you like to see?
