No. your comment did not help.  Jona, you ignored 2 very important things.  First, my comment and original question.  I clearly stated that I tried the video and it did not work on my samsung galaxy S.  You responded "

Then, you just regurgitated a standard answer and paid no attention to my comment and question. You didn't even check on whether your "response" works on a like phone.  If you did that, you would see it does not work, at all.  Can you please see if someone on your support team is familiar with an android phone, samsung galaxy S?  If you need any other details about hardware, firmware (it's current), etc., I'd be happy to provide.  Please do not guess and do something foolish, like stating "all you need to do is".
