Just to close the loop on this, here's GotRadio's reply. Looks the issue is in an encoding library they're using...

Hi Doug - it has something to do with our encoding machines caching the file name rr (which is the prefix for a rock song) and not reading the meta data in the file which contains the artist, title info. We try to clear the cache as best we can but sometimes it's hard to catch them all.

It’s really not something we can fix because it’s encoding software that we did not develop. It only happens on itunes and other devices – not on our website. I’ll discuss with my tech to see if we can minimize the incidents.
