Xiialive Pro can't connect anymore

I haven't been able to connect to the station for a week.  Can you also provide instruction to collect log?

About collecting logs simply reproduce the issue you are having and right away go to settings and at the bottom press on Bug report. This will collect the logs and prepare an email for you to send us.
