Why Is my custom asx url not working?

I tried using an asx stream and it wont work, do you have any idea as to why?

I just tried your URL and found few issues on our implementation side but still I'm not able to get it working properly.  The playlist is working fine but it seems like the actual mms link is not...  I'll investigate further...

I'm looking over this issue but the URL is not live it seems.... Do you happen to have an updated URL?  Are you still seeing this issue?
