I'm using a Galaxy S3 SPH-L710, Android Version 4.3, I don't see a version in "about" or anywhere else, but I just installed it yesterday. Here's the first two urls I tried.
After maybe 30 minutes, it will start skipping ahead. Iirc at one point the thing that is supposed to allow scrolling fwd/back had a lot of small red triangles at the top and bottom? Are you supposed to be able to scroll fwd/back with that? If so, that didn't work.
This was via wireless network if that helps. It happened repeatedly on both of those urls.

Does this issue happen only with a particular station? Could you provide the URL or name of the station? This will help me investigate.
