xiialive pro does not play
I am using a samsung s4 and xiia live works great. I upgraded to Xiia Pro and I get no sound. I played with the audio focus--on-off but no change. Xiia live works fine but the upgrade to pro has all my old settings but no sound. What did I miss?

Thanks for your feedback and confirmation of the actual issue. This is a commonly reported issue with some Samsung devices. The issue has to do with an Android bug that causes the audio to mute when the EQ is turned ON. Unfortunately we have tried all we could to get around this but didn't find a solution. Could you provide the Android version your device is running? Thanks!
I think I found the problem. On the player setting..hitting 3 dots on left there is equalizer setting on the right.. It says EQ beta and it needs some work, I get sound only when I click to off.
This didn't happen on Xiialive, only the pro version. Maybe there is a fix
