WIFI Only

Is there a build-in way to restrict xiia to WIFI only? I once forgot to turn on WIFI at home and thus spend quite some megabytes on my 3G connection listening to streams with xiia.

If not, such an option would be awesome :)

We have added this feature to XiiaLive. It will be part of the next release!

We currently don't have an option to do this but it is definitely on our plans. The only way you could do it now (it might be hard remembering everytime :P) is by installing a widget that enables/disables 3g. Your phone might have one already or you can download one from the market. I believe beautifull widgets has one.

I would suggest using smartphone settings to disable the 3G network connection while listening to Xiia.  This would eliminate the possibility of any issues regarding data usage while streaming from the app.

I would like to request a option 

"warning when switching from Wifi to 3G" 

when it happens, if the option was checked, player must stop  playing music, and pop Yes/No dialog to ask if user want to continue with 3G network.

Interesting request. I guess that could be the default behavior when WiFi only option is set.
