wma playback issues

This single tune m3u playlist opens but won't play in my Android phone (4.0.4):

http://boleadora.com/bolivia1.m3u

Discovered reason is that the underlying file "bol1.wma" won't play in XiiaLive.  The file will play in multiple players on the phone including WinAmp but not XiiaLive.  Seems like it should work in your player.

This URL now works on the latest release v3.2.0.

I was able to checkout the URL you provided and yes there is an issue trying to play it. I have saved the URL to use it for testing on the new streamer I'm working on. I don't have a release date for this new stream engine but I'm currently actively working on it.
