Can I use my GooglePlay purchase on Amazon AppStore?

If I purchase a Pro license from Google Play (for my phone), do I need to pay for another license to run XiiaLive Pro on my Kindle? If not, how do I apply the license to my Kindle?

If you purchase an app on GooglePlay the purchase is not transferable to Amazon AppStore or iOS AppStore. You will need to purchase it again.

So, a purchase made on a an app store is not transferable to another.
