Will XiiaLive work as fm tuner in gym to listen to tv signals

I'm not sure I 100% understand your questions. XiiaLive is only an audio player, there is no video reproduction.

TVs in health club are on mute.  I need FM tuner to get audio.

Oh...  Unfortunately we don't support FM tuner. Only some phones contain FM tuner capabilities.
