Hi Sandra! Sorry for our late response. Are you still experiencing this issue? Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstall it again? May we know the version that you're using? We recently released a new version 3.3.1.6. This release improved various things and included a change that might actually resolve this issue. Any issues, please let me know.?? Thanks!
