alarm not working in sleep mode
I have a cheap noname tablet with the latest android on it. The problem I am experiencing is that the xiia alarm fails to work as soon as the tablet is in sleep mode. This makes the alarm pretty useless for me. Since I can't seem to find anyone else with this problem I figure it's a hardware issue? Does anyone know what the problem is, and is there a fix or work-around (besides keeping the screen on all night)?

Some Android devices, specially tablets, can go into a deep sleep. When they go into this deep sleed alarms don't work as you have seen. We have done some research to try to work around this but havent found a proper solution. We have set this on our to do list.

1. Noname Tablet, Allwinner A10, Android 4.0.4
2. Huawei Ascend G700, Mediatek MT 6589, Android 4.2.1
Quick and dirty workaround:
Set "Stay awake" under Development options, connect charger over night and switch off display with power button.
This is working with both devices.
