Buy 19 licenses for FlipaClip

Hello FlipaClip team,

I am a visual art teacher at a school in Berlin, Germany. I am making animations with my 8th class students.

We would like to buy the school license for 19 iPads. We have the MDM system to use the Tablets.

How could we buy the 19 licenses without the App Store?
