Navigation bar problem never fixed!!

The navigation bar does not work at all as it was complained some time ago. Whenever I drag the bar to a certain point where you want to listen a cached song, it goes back to the beginning of the stream. If, then, I like to go back to the live stream, I need to press the pause button and need to wait for buffering. This is kind of annoying. This happened on my old Galaxy Nexus, and it is happening on my new Nexus 5. Please fix it. Beside this defect, I like the app.
