XiiaLive prompt says that I didn't purchase app

A few days ago i boutht xiialive pro but why it keek saying that i didn'tparchase xiialive from andriod market. Since thats where i bought it,i you guys have any solution please let me know thank you.
There are some issues with our licensing checks for the past weeks for some reason. We believe this might be because of the changes with the new Google Play Market. We are already working for a new method that will hopefully end this issue once and for all! :)
The solution that seems to be working for everyone is the following:
1. Backup all your favorites and tags. "If you don't want to loose your tags and favorites."
2. Uninstall and install the app again from Google Play. "Don't worry you wont be charged twice"
To backup XiiaLive data:
Open XiiaLive and go to Settings->Backup & Restore.
