4G connection issue

Cannot connect to URL stream under a 4G connection though it will work under WiFi. I am using an android with the most updated version. Setting is set to FFMpeg (android doesnt work at all). Please help

Hi there! Apologies for any delay in our response. If I may ask, are you still experiencing this issue? It could be your network provider who's blocking the stream when you're using cellular data. Also, we recently released a new version 3.3.1.6. This release improved various things and included a change that might actually resolve this issue. Any issues, please let me know. Thanks!
