XiiaLive v2.2.4 - release notes

Jona (Lead Developer) 13 lat temu zaktualizowano 13 lat temu 2

Release date: 09/22/11

Version: v2.2.4

Update v2.2.4 is mainly a maintenance update.  This update resolves a few issues that caused XiiaLive to crash.

Most of the crash issues where related to the database being closed on rare occasions. This is hopefully completely resolved.

Other crash issues happened with the new custom lower menu bar.  There was an issue related to divide by zero exception.

And finally s little threading cleanup for the stream engine.  Generally creating a new thread uses a lot of resources and can cause the app to run a little slower.  A few threads where removed on the stream engine that weren't needed minimizing the resources used by the stream engine.

The following are the changes.

Thank you for the update. :-) It's working great so far.

Well the initial connection/prebuffering area of things should have improved since I removed a lot of heavy unneeded code.  In regards to the internal stream engine there has been very little improvement there on this update.  If you use the Android native stream engine you might see batery improvements but on the internal stream engine not so sure there is any...
