Backup & Restore should include all settings

It's annoying having to reconfigure the whole app any time I reinstall it or switch the device. That includes app settings as well as per-screen configuration (e.g. sorting of favorites).

Having them part of the backup & restore process would be awesome :)

Thanks for the idea. I think it is interesting to provide such a feature. I will look into it.
