Oh yeah, I believe previous XiiaLive v2 had that option but the newer v3 we kinda rearranged some things around.

Sounds quality could possibly be different because we use the devices global audio session.  I think the main reason why the quality is different is because TuneIn I believe are decoding the audio using software and not hardware.  I would suggest you try using the stream engine FFmpeg to decode using software. Change it under Settings->Stream.


Let me know if you notice any issues there.  I will also investigate if I can notice any differences.  I'm also very particular about sound quality! :)

This option is still available. Please make sure the history page is selected then long press it to get the option. Long pressing on the history button while it is not active will fail to provide any options.

You are using XiiaLive Pro? or XiiaLive free one?

If you can reproduce the issue and collect the logs would be great! If you don't know how to collect the logs its fine don't worry...  You can also report the crash issue with a message stating that you have posted about it on this forum. This way I can easily find the issues and try to fix it.

Thanks for you feedback. I'll pass this request to the designer and see what he thinks. I somewhat agree that the unselected buttons on the menu bar are a bit hard to see.
