I have tried accessing your station and I had no issues. What type of issues are your listeners having? FYI, please take a look at the following post.

Some Android devices, specially tablets, can go into a deep sleep. When they go into this deep sleep alarms wont work as you have seen.  We have done some research to try to work around this but havent found a proper solution. We have set this issue on our to do/ to fix list.

Please try restarting your device. This generally fixes the issue. The EQ might break if XiiaLive is ever forced killed by task killer applications. The EQ is a feature provided by Android and when it breaks it is a OS issue.  That is why we are looking into creating our own EQ that should never break :)

In XiiaLive Pro as you mentioned you can add a station as a shortcut in your home screen. In order to do that starting from Android 4.0 shortcuts are now available via the WIDGETS page.  


How to add a shortcut station:
1. Find the XiiaLive Pro icon with the text Favorite station under WIDGETS page.
2. Tap and hold to drag the shortcut widget to the home screen.
3. XiiaLive will open and show you your favorite stations available for creating a shortcut.
4. Select the station and edit the name that will be used in the home screen.
5. Tap the Accept button and you are done!

I didn't change anything yet on that area on this last update. The 3.0.2.2 was more or less an emergency update since our ads where broken... :/ So you don't have any more issues? HAve you tried restarting your device?

Another questions. How are you closing and restarting the app?
