Thanks for your feedback. I'll report this issue to the forum service we use.  If you could take a snapshot of the issue and post it here would be great! Thanks!

This feature is already available! :)

Go to settings->stream and set Data guard to ON.

So you are having issues restoring your previous backup? You won't be able to see anything when opening the .dat file on notepad. It's a database type file.  Could you email me the backup so that I can take a look to try to figure out what is going on?  Send it here: jona@visualblasters.com

This one is interesting since I believe the mechanics for undocking is different than unplugging a headset. If that is the case we need to implement this support.  I'll be looking into this! :)

Thanks for the info. About your question. Well, you are streaming live content made as it is coming in. In general a re connection can take a few seconds depending how fast your phone can recover the connection to the internet.  While the app is waiting for that you are "burning playback time". When there is no more playback time left and the app is still waiting to re connect, it will get into a buffering state.  In order to improve a larger pre-buffer length could help avoid getting into the buffering state when re connecting.

Please let me know if you are still having issues.  If you are, try to reproduce the issue and collect the logs right away. Here is how to easily collect the logs:

Andres, Could you let me know if this issue is still happening to you with the latest release of XiiaLive v3? Otherwise I'll be closing this topic. Thanks!

On the latest official release of XiiaLive V3 we have allowed skipping your favorites via the player screen.  However, in order to skip via BT or headset controls you will need to get the Pro version.

Amazon AppStore has almost approved our app... Should be out in a few days hopefully!
