Hello! Apologies for any delay in getting back to you. We have tried to reproduce this issue on our end and the Shoutcast directory is working perfeclty. Can you please try to search for a radio station again and let us know if you'll be having the same results. It could be that the Shoutcast server is down at the time you were searching for stations.
