Licensing Failed Error 46620

Brent Dell 2 years ago • updated by Rodrigo (Developer) 2 years ago 9

I just purchased a pro version and I'm getting this error on a random basis. I've cleared data many times and I still get this error. I'm running Android 5.1.1 on Sony Xperia Z3 Compact.

Hi

Make sure you don't have any illegal apps installed, such as Freedom or Lucky Patcher. I got this problem when i have Lucky Patcher installed on my device, and uninstalling it solve the problem

Thanks for reply. I run my phone very lean with minimum apps as possible with only few ones like banking and investments. I've even disabled lots of built-in bloatware to make the phone as efficient as possible. However I still get that Licensing Error in random basis and it is annoying :(

Ok. Do the following:

1. Uninstall Xiialive Pro

2. Go to settings -> accounts

3. Log out all of your google accounts

4. Go to settings -> Apps

5. Clear data from Play Store and Google Play Services

6. Reboot your device

7. Login with your Google account that you have purchased Xiialive Pro before

I hope this help. None of your data are changed or deleted during this steps. It will just refresh the Google Services, and you will be asked to re-login with your Google account on some apps

Oh wait... I'm using a different Google account than the one I purchased it through. Could that be the reason? If yes, then what do I need to do to transfer it under my current one?

Thanks

No, you don't need to transfer anything. Just logout all google accounts, reboot your device, and login with your google account that you have purchased Xiialive Pro, as a primary account, and then you can login with your other accounts as the other accounts

Thanks Evildog :)) I'll try that.
