2.1.8 breaks ability to connect to subscription radio stations using username and password
2.1.8 breaks the ability to connect to ASFRadio.com using this URL:
http://www.asfradio.com/device.asp?u=username&p=password&s=east
This method above worked in 2.1.7.
This alternative method did not work before 2.1.8, but is also available.
http://username:password@www.asfradio.com/launch/east.asp

Thank you very much for the quick response! I have tried this fix and it works, but only for a new favorites entry. If I edit an existing entry, it does not work. Just FYI.

Ok, good and bads news...
The bad news, our logic to determine format types kinda failed on this link...
The good news, we are fixing it and I have a temp fix for you. Add ".mpeg" at the end of your link when you add it to your favorites. That should do it...
