Why is it so dumb on iOS?

Hello,

I have XiiaLive Pro installed on my Galaxy S5, and I love it. It's perfect. It does everything I want it to. Because I was so happy with it, I also installed it onto my wife's iPhone (also payed for the unlocked version). And I'm stunned to find that it's much more limited than it is on Android. A whole lot of options are missing. I cannot change the language. I cannot choose what to do with the prev/next buttons on the player. The buetooth options are missing altogether. And so on.

What gives? Why is it so awfully restricted on iOS?
