iPhone 5S Network Error

Hi i have IPhone 5S today I was unable to play radio stations on Network mobile , But on Wi-fi working , when i press play play I get connection failure and after i turn on wi-fi and press play working , I'm from Romania , i have The latest IOS 9.2 , 4G Network and 2 weeks ago on data mobile works perfect , today i ca-n listen The radio only with Wi-fi...please fix this ! Sorry FOR My bad english. :

Before release, do you perform full QA test? I just don't want Xiialive have new random bugs again and i have the current APK backuped on my device.
