This has been an issue with older versions of GooglePlay. I hope the issue was resolved.

Using the latest version of XiiaLive should work adding the URL provided to favorites and playing it.

When you use the default music player or Google music do you see the lock screen controls?

Could you verify what version of the free version you are using? Also, what version of the Pro you are using? Please provide device name and what Android version is running.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. As you might noticed on recent releases we moved the favorites page to be on the left of the player and history to the right o fit.

We took your recommendation and came up with that simple solution. Now it is a swipe away or a button press on the menu bar to get to favorites.

The main reason this happens is when the switch-off from 3G to 4G, or I think the other way around, happens. The latest releases of XiiaLive v3 contains a new feature called smart recovery were it reconnects automatically while playback is still going on. In most cases these standard issues with mobile devices is a thing of the past with the smart recovery feature.

This issue might be if you are outside the limits of the broadcast if any limits set by them.
