Yeah adding custom URL will be part of the official release for sure! :) Thanks for your feedback!

Update 07/24/12:

Please let me know if this issue has been resolved with the latest version of XiiaLive Beta. Thanks!

Update 03/14/12:

- This issue seems to be related to Android issue 26654.

- You can post here to get Google to move on this issue fast!

UPDATE 02/28/12:

- I'm still working on resolving this issue.  Thanks everyone for your feedback.

XiiaLive should be compatible with Google Tv.  However the layout of the app hasn't been optimized for the TV yet.  If you download the beta version from Google Play Market it should look a lot nicer and work also a lot better.

Do we have plans to really support Google TV?
Yes!

Our app is currently not designed for video playback.  However you could potentially stream the content but receive no video just audio.  You would have to go into XiiaLive settings and change the stream engine to be internal... Or using XiiaLive Beta go under settings->Streams and change the stream engine to FFMpeg.

Update 07/20:

HTTP Authentication now supported on the latest beta! Please take a look and let me know how it works out for you.

Thanks for your feedback on this area.  We have plans to add this option very soon! We are working on a new release coming out soon and hope we can release this feature along with it.

Oh... That's interesting! Can you create a new post about this issue?  In the post let me know the length you use on the cache and also if you can provide the stream where the kHz are displayed wrong?
Awesome! Well the beta uses a new tech for streaming where it automatically tries to restore a connection loss without interrupting playback if possible. In regards to the record feature. That isn't implemented yet.  But it will be implemented.  We kinda should have removed that button :P  But you can bet it will eventually be added.
