Yes, exactly the TAG button you showed below in the image gets enabled when there is actual song information available.

At the moment we don't support cloud storage of your favorite stations and songs. However, we are working to provide this feature hopefully very soon.

Thanks for the detailed info. Could you provide the device name and what version of Android is running?
