We are working on the next release that will support album art! :)
Currently we don't support cloud backup of your favorites. At the moment the only way to backup is by going into Settings and pressing Backup & Restore option. The backup file can be emailed to yourself.
Can you post your backup file here? You can do it privately I believe... I'm thinking there is something invalid inside the backup file causing the parsing to fail. Thanks and sorry for the super delayed reply...
Sorry for the delayed reply :(

You don't need to reinstall the app every time to try to find the station. The station you are looking for is located inside the SHOUTcast radio directory. Simply switch the SHOUTcast directory and search for "KWOP".
Currently our default radio directory is UberStations. Please check the following link where it provides details on how to add your station to UberStations.

If the Clear defaults button is disabled it means XiiaLive is not the default application for anything on the device. Please note that the app will always be shown as an option to open audio files. However, once you select to always open with XiiaLive, Android will always automatically open the file with XiiaLive without providing the suggested apps lists that support opening the file. Another scenario is that XiiaLive is the only app that supports a particular file. In this case Android will automatically redirect to XiiaLive. Hope that answers your issue. If not please provide us with a bit more details about your issue. Thanks!
Really cool feature request! :)

I totally understand the issue and I'm looking into adding this feature very soon.
We currently don't support playing local MP3 files. We are a live radio streaming only app. In the future we might add the ability to play your local mp3 files.
Thanks for sharing with us your feedback. We will take your request into consideration.
gps
Hey, thanks for the request! This is interesting tricky situation you have. Unfortunately in order to use the GPS location we would need the GPS location permission to be defined on the app... As we seen from experience this raises tons of suspicion from users that we are doing something else or that it is way to personal to have that permission simply for local radio... :(

This is the main reason we can't include that option. Maybe an option to provide zipcode could be useful in your case?
