There are some issues with our Widgets on some devices where it takes more cells then we intended. We are going to look into this issue and try to resolve it. Thanks.

Sorry took this long to reply to your post! We have been really busy for the past months. Thanks for your compliments! We work on this app very hard!

I assume you are still having issues with this station. What error do you see when it tries to connect?

If you can reproduce the issue and collect the logs right away it should help me see what is going on inside your device. Collecting the logs is actually really easy. Please see this post.

Thanks for your support an help!

Issue should be resolved when the new stream engine is released. No ETA for the release of this new stream engine but we are actively working on it.

Does this happen with MPEG or AAC streams?

Gracias por escribirnos. En sintesis XiiaLive no puede reproducir musica localizada en el dispositivo. En el futuro vamos a soportar esa nueva funcion. Gracias!

Hey, sorry for the super delayed reply! We been a bit too busy!

Generally this sounds like an issue with the Android OS ramping down on power usage. Are you having issues streaming when connected to WiFi or simply to your network provider? This issue seems to happen more while connected to WiFi.

On XiiaLive we properly request the OS not to take the CPU and WiFi power down while streaming to avoid these types of issues. In this case it might be that the custom OS has a bug granting these power requests  from XiiaLive.

It might help if you can reproduce the issue and right after collect the logs. Here is how you can collect the logs:

I tested the URL with various other devices but didn't see any issues. What issues are you seeing on your device? A particular error being outputted?

If you can you can try reproducing the issue and right away collecting the logs. This should allow me to see what could potentially be happening on your device.

Sorry took this long to get back. Are you still having issues with the alarm? Previous updates I believe we did some changes to the alarms.

You are saying the following:

1. You set an alarm.

2. Alarm is triggered and a station starts playing.

3. You turn on the device and see XiiaLive open with the Alarm popup.

4. You hit Dismiss or Snooze?

Hitting Snooze would keep the station playing while Snooze will to playback and schedule it to restart in a little while again. I'm not sure what your issue is yet but it seems like you are saying that while the station is playing song information is not being updated? You are essentially not seeing the track and artist name being updated on the player? If yes, how about on the Android notification bar? Do you see there the correct updated song information?

FYI, I would not recommend killing the app with the task manager since you might corrupt some of the app settings.. :/

Issue has been resolved in release v3.0.1.3.
