You can use Android emulators and install Xiialive app in it. I'd recommended Nox Player

Also you can take out the APK file of Xiialive FREE from your device. install ARC on Google Chrome (x64) on Windows, Mac or Chrome OS and install it as app testing

Note: Does not work with pro version due to license check, but don't copy / pirate the pro version!
