If you spotted a bug and you want to let us know about it, first try searching for OPEN bug posts with similar issues and add any details you think might help us with it. Also, make sure to up vote the OPEN bug post so we know how critical it is. If no OPEN bug posts are found simply post a new one.
Posting new bugs
When you post new bugs please give us as many details as you can! This will help us resolve issues quickly and easily.Common details we need:
- What device do you have?
- What OS version is it running?
- What happened?
- What did you expect to have happened?
- What steps reproduce the issue?

Loading
Whenever I try to load my local stations, I get a message saying LOADING followed by a Request Timeout message.
Some Widgets Not Working
Greetings,
Ive just added a few Widgets to my home screen. Some work, some dont.
The ones that dont, open XiiaLive, but display "Invalid URL".
The strange thing is that the Favourites items these Widgets are created from work just fine.
To give you an exact example:
Add a new favourite channel using the stream URL "http://live-radio01.mediahubaustralia.com/5LRW/aac".
Add a widget to the home screen selecting that favourite as the source.
Click the widget... "invalid url" is shown.
Select that same station from the favourites menu, it works perfectly.

Shoutcast station not found, even though I know it is online (it's my station) and is listed in the search on shoutcast.com
station name: Dancing through the Apocalypse. Listed on shoutcast.com. Not found in xiialive. It used to be there, until I tried today.
Request Timeout
Not long after I figured out my current location issue, I am getting a request timeout issue already on my NOOK HD+ app. I have tried closing the app out and reopening it but it doesn't seem to be working. This is under Local.
Is the RadioReference plugin available on iOS?
Is the Radio Reference plugin available for iPod Touch? Or is it just Android only?
Find User Location Failed
I just got the XiiaLive app for my NOOK HD Plus and I am getting a Find User Location Failed message. This does not happen on any of my other devices. It only happens on my NOOK HD+.
Is XiiaLive App available for iPad?
Is there going to be a XiiaLive app for iPad? On the Apple App Store, I only see the option for the iPhone version. I would really like to see an app for the iPad someday. Thank you!
Hi! Apologies for any delay in our response. Currently XiiaLive user interface has not been optimized for iPads. However, you should be able to install the iPhone version on your iPad.
