I paid for and have been using the premium features for over a year. The just stopped in the middle of a project. HELP

problem with AdsWizz advertisement layer
Hi XiiaLive support,
we are munichshardesthits.com, a web radio from Munich, Germany, broadcasting a 24/7 live stream.
We'd like to report a bug (Android OS latest vs, Huawei 9 smartphone, Xiia latest vs).
We've implemented an AdsWizz layer in our web stream, which crossfades the normal stream, and inserts advertisement every now and then. Afterwards it crossfades back to the normal stream. But unfortunately it does not work well with Xiaa. It does some kind of rewinding, means: after the insertion of advertisement it winds back to the last seconds of the previous song before advertisement.
All other known radio apps (like audials or TuneIn) work properly with our stream. Bummer! Because otherwise Xiia is such a great web radio player. Maybe you can fix it. Thx in between! If you have any further questions about this problem please contact us: mail@munichshardesthits.com

planet rock UK has stopped, unable to connect, works with tunein.
Planet Rock UK, stopped a week or so back, has not come back , always a connection error, works with other players like tunein
XiaaLive + BubbleUPNP
Trying to get XiaaLive working with BubleUPNP, apparently fairly straightforward, but am having issues getting them to tak properly. My suspicion is that I have a XiiaLive (3.3.2.1-30059) which was purchased from Amazon, but BubbleUPNP (2.9.4 (arm64-v8a) is straight from the Play Store.
When I try to share to BubleUPNP, it opens the app at the Now Playing page, but does nothing.
Is there a fix for this?

XiiaLive not playing some ARD radio stations
Hello everybody,
I'm using XiiaLive Pro 3.3.3.0 on Android 6.0.1 for playing back some webradio stations as m3u files.
Some days ago I saw, that XiiaLive is unable to play back two radio stations (SWR3 and HR3), while it is working using VLC for Android (v3.0.10).
