Text Replacement

Internets McAwesome 12 lat temu Ostatnio zmodyfikowane przez Mike Steidl 10 lat temu 3

Would it be possible to implement some kind of string replacement/removal for the "now playing" text on a per station basis?

A lot of radio stations append the station name to the track name, which upsets the scrobbling (and sharing) features of the app.

Great request, I know exactly what you are saying. It would be interesting feature but I'm not 100% sure how exactly it would work. Do you have any ideas or name of apps that currently do something like this? Any information should help me investigate a bit more. Also, potentially a station that is currently broadcasting as you are saying.

Some aac+ stereo streams not decoding properly

Matthew Osborne 13 lat temu Ostatnio zmodyfikowane przez Jona (Lead Developer) 11 lat temu 1
I have an LG Optimus V phone running Android 2.2.1, and have installed XiiaLive beta and the latest version on the market.  I've noticed that, when playing lower bitrate aac+ stereo audio streams using the internal stream engine, they only play back in mono.  I know the internal stream engine is only a beta release, but this is something your team may want to look at.  Here are two streams that illustrate this issue:

Verbally command Google Now to launch XiiaLive Pro and play a station

Terina C 10 lat temu w Android Ostatnio zmodyfikowane przez Ben Aldhouse 7 lat temu 3

How can I verbally command Google Now to launch XiiaLive Pro and play a specified favorite station? I'd like to use Google Now voice commands to launch the XiiaLive Pro app and begin playing a specified previously saved station.

It has been a while since this was posted here. However, recently Google Now and Google Assistant seem to be allowing apps to take advantage of their features. I can't promise when but I have set this feature request as nice to have.

Support for http auth streams?

Morten Børnes 13 lat temu Ostatnio zmodyfikowane przez Jona (Lead Developer) 12 lat temu 12 1 powielony

I run a private icecast2 server that I would like to stream on my android phones using xiialive.

But xiialive does not seem to support http auth url's?

When I input http://username:password@streaming.url it just says unauthorized.

And when I input it without username and password it does not ask for a username and password.

The stream itself works fine in vlc/winamp for windows and in winamp for android.

Would love this to be implemented as xiialive is my favourite streaming client for android.

Hello, I was wondering if you guys were planning on supporting https streams? A radio I listen to only has https streams and I get this error when trying to stream it:

Last.FM scrobbling broken

André Evertz 12 lat temu Ostatnio zmodyfikowane przez Jona (Lead Developer) 12 lat temu 9

Hi,

since the last Version I noticed a bug with Last.FM scrobbling. When I listen to music it shows up the Last.FM App scrobbling Icon but the scrobbling history of my Last.FM profile is not up to date. It only tracks the music i listened from my pc but not the music i listened on my HTC with XiiaLive.

What I noticed: My Last.FM profile shows up the current song that XiiaLive is playing, but the history of the last played songs is never updated with XiiaLive scrobbles.

I don´t know if this is a Last.FM bug or a bug from XiiaLive.

Thanks for your good App btw.

Device: HTC One X

Android: 4.1.1

Release v3.0.1.2 contains a much improved last.fm scrobble support.

The main reason why scrobbling wasn't working was do to a bug in the last.fm app.  In order to get it to scrobble working again you must turn off AVRCP metadata feature on XiiaLive. Simply go to Settings->App Control and set AVRCP metadata to OFF.

Ability to Sync Favorites, Recently Played, etc across multiple devices.

Matt Schepp 12 lat temu w Android / Backup&Restore Ostatnio zmodyfikowane przez Mike Steidl 10 lat temu 7
Just recently got an Android Tablet.. and have been using this app for years on my phone.

Is there anyway to sync your favorites, etc across multiple devices, or could you add such feature?  (Maybe even as a PRO Feature?)

Great request! We have already started this feature development. Definitively is a feature we really want to have specially for cases you are mentioning. We currently don't have an expected release date for this feature but for sure you will see it on XiiaLive!

Add 10 second skip option to next/prev buttons

David 7 lat temu zaktualizowano 7 lat temu 1

The progress bar works well for moving through 60 minutes of cached music, but it doesn't work well for talk radio stations. I often want to skip back 10 or 15 seconds to hear something I missed, then skip forward later... Could this be added to the configuration options for the pro version?
