We still need an exit button! after I stopping the play, and push back button, the app do not closes it'self: it plays the last playewd station....
C'mon guys! it should not to be difficult to insert little close button! -.-

This sounds like a bug. Just to confirm the issue you are having, playback is restarting upon hitting the back button on the device?


Could you provide the exact steps to reproduce the issue? If you can reproduce the issue and right away go to Settings and select "Bug Report". Should hopefully help us see what it going on.

Equalizer Expansion

I would like to request the equalizer be expanded to a 10 band equalizer. The sound quality between a 5 band and a 10 band is astronomical.


PowerAmp has a very well implemented 10 band equalizer with limiter, stereo expander and fine tune controls if you would like an example to test the difference.

I realize it is an extreme amount of research and work to build a proper working equalizer, especially with a limiter and expander etc. However, if you do go through the work, the rewards are amazing and make the app a huge step above all other apps. Everyone has the crappy limited 5 band equalizer. PowerAmp was the only music player on android that I found that had a working 10 band or better equalizer.


Old Winamp Pro had a 16 band equalizer but it is broken on Android 5.1 as well as it's no longer on the market for new users.

My host company changed my IP address for my station. How do I update this with Xiia?

Quisiera saber por que medio se conecta xiialive a mi terminal, wi fi o gps ?

disculpe mi ignorancia ,pero quisiera saber como la señal de xiialive se conecta a mi teléfono motorola ,si por wifi, gps o por antena celular de ni compañía ? desde ya muy agradecido .

La coneccion en general es atraves de la señal del celular. GPS es tan solo una radio para saver la localisacion del celurar y no sirve para otra cosa. Si estas connectado al WiFi entonces XiiaLive usara la conecion del WiFi.

Is SHOUTcast closing?

I have heard that Winamp/Nullsoft/Shoutcast directory will be closed by AOL on 20th December. As this is the heart of Xiia Live, do you have any plans for alternate directories or searches?

Prior to the announcement of Winamp closing we have been working to switch to a new directory as our default called UberStations. We are very excited about this new directory since they are actively adding stations and improving the search and real-time song updates on all stations.

We will continue to support SHOUTcast for as long as they are available to the public. I highly doubt SHOUTcast will simply go offline. It is something that just doesn't make sense.

App doesn't open anymore

Since update from oct 10th on itunes my app is not working anymore . I have paid for the pro version in the previous version . I have re-installed it alteady several times and it just doesn't want to open anymore which is a shame because i use it a lot. Before it would work very well

Hi guys, unfortunately we have introduced a bug as you have noticed. This is happening on devices running iOS7. However, the issue is not see on iOS8. We have fixed the issue and we will be releasing a new update hopefully today. Apple will take 5-10 days most likely to approve the app. Sorry for the inconvenience. :(

alarm on Xiialive pro doesn't work sometimes

sometimes Alarm doesn't launch. It's not a problem with connection (as i'm using WiFi at home) as XiiaLive would make 'bing' 'bong' sounds when there is a problem with connection.
The issue is that alarm is not started at all. However phone informs that alarm is set, on upper task bar and on lock screen.

Pause Function

A pause function like Stream Furious has. You can pause your stream and it'll play where you left off when steam is started again. Maybe 10-15 min max pause.

I actually can't listen this feed (From Neradio.se) : http://www4.no-ip.org:2000/listen.pls OR rtsp://srv1.neradio.mobi:554/stream64.sdp (rtsp, AAC+, sdp). Will it be possible with the 3.0 version ? Thanks

This should be possible with the current version.  The RTSP one it won't be possible but I'll look into it to see if I can get it working....  


The pls link I tried it and it worked.  What issues are you seeing with the pls file?  Did you add it via the add favorite wizard? Or you just clicked the link from an email or website?

FYI, clicking on that link it doesn't work cause the URL is bogus but this URL works fine:
